Delete your account and data
Use this page to request deletion of a Ghost Autoworks Tracker account and its associated personal data, or to request deletion of selected app data without closing the account.

We verify ownership
We contact the registered email address and may request limited information to confirm account ownership and authority.
Deletion is completed
After verification, we process the request and confirm completion by email, normally within 30 days.
Data deleted with your account
- Account profile, name, contact details and authentication access.
- Vehicle and tracker associations linked to your user account.
- Location, journey, ignition and alert history associated with the account.
- App preferences, notification settings and customer-access permissions.
Data that may be retained
We retain only information that is genuinely required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Invoices, payments and applicable transaction records may be retained for up to six years where UK accounting or tax obligations require it.
- Minimum security and audit evidence may be retained only for the period needed to investigate fraud, protect users or establish and defend legal claims.
- Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before automatic expiry.
Retained information is restricted and is not used to continue providing the deleted account.
Before requesting deletion
Account deletion is permanent. You will lose app access and historical tracking information. If your tracker or vehicle is being transferred, contact us first so ownership can be handled safely.

If the form is unavailable, email info@ghostautoworks.co.uk with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address registered to your account. Never send your password, PIN or tracker security codes.
